These terms apply to all services purchased from and provided by “Mystic Dragon Divination” and/or Lisa VanGalen.

By requesting and purchasing a reading, you have acknowledged and accepted the posted Code of Ethics and understand the Legal Disclaimer.

Reminders:

All readings are for entertainment purposes only.  At all times, free will and personal choice will affect the outcome of any future depicted in your reading.

You must be over the age of 18 to purchase a reading.

All readings are confidential.

Readings are not a substitute for legal, financial or medical advice and should not be viewed as such.

I reserve the right to decline a reading request at my discretion and provide a full refund. I reserve the right to decline a reading request at my discretion and provide a full refund. Reasons for declining a client may include (but are not limited to) client intoxication or undue influence from substance use, severe mental distress, exhibited violence or abusive behavior.

In addition, the following terms apply to Online Readings:

All online readings are to be paid in full in advance. A one-time fee refund is available upon request if you are not satisfied that you have received information pertinent to you or your query.

Online readings will be sent by email with a description of the cards drawn.  It is expected that your response will reach you within 72 hours from purchase of a reading.  Where unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or family emergency, lead to unanticipated delays (excluding email or internet outages), refunds may be offered.
